- Billable hours are based on portal to portal time.
- Overtime and Expert Witness Arbitration is billed at a rate 1.5 times the above base rate.
- Normal overhead expenses (e.g. local mileage) are included in the above hourly rates. Other expenses will be billed at direct cost, i.e. reproduction, outside services, special equipment, etc.
- A 2% discount on Professional Services will be allowed on invoices paid within 10 days of the date of the invoice. This 2% discount is limited to our Professional Services.
- Service Fees, since we do not mark-up our reimbursable expenses or municipal fees.
